There's ample coverage in the front, while the back is along the entire length of the underwear, up to the waistband! When worn by itself, these undies are good for very light absorption only. This is NOT a full period protection underwear. Our patent-pending tunnel design allows for the wings of any pads to fold over into the inner gusset, without going all the way down the thighs.  And this very tunnel prevents your cloth pads from sliding up and down!
