Among its standout features are dual Silent Steel® weight stacks enhanced with 360-degree rotating columns. This unique design guarantees complete freedom of movement, providing an unrestricted exercise regimen. The patented Flip ‘N Grip® technology offers five varied pull-up grip options, including challenging rock grips. Moreover, the novel Flip n Dip® technology facilitates both narrow and wide grip dips.

Standard with the Mi7 are two Silent Steel® weight stacks totaling 300 lbs, with an option to upgrade to 400 lbs. Every steel plate is precision-engineered with industrial-grade plastic bushings, ensuring a frictionless operation devoid of any metallic clattering.
