Premium Mould #1 - Button Mould (Two Sizes) A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is “Higher quality the mould, the higher quality the final product”. That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. The Premium Moulds are focused on creating really useful and high detail products. All of our Premium Moulds are machined Aluminium to ensure the highest quality product can be made from your recycled plastic and designed with our machines in mind.There are two different sized Moulds to choose from: Small or Large. Each mould is 160mm x 140mm and comes with a nozzle designed for our Arbour Press Injection. Custom Nozzles (Screw, etc.) are available upon request. The Large Button Mould creates 8 beautiful 28mm x 5mm buttons with each injection, while the Small Button Mould creates 16 beautiful 11mm x 3mm buttons with each injection.
